More than 20 years after the original video, Red Blues, the same group of young paraglider pilots (aka the “Blues”) from St-Hilaire may have grown a few grey hairs, but are still kids at heart.
The proof is in the pudding with their latest COMBO day (paragliding/skiing/speed riding): taking off from their front yards in St-Hilaire (Chartreuse Mountains, French Alps), landing on top of Mt. Grand Replomb (Belldonne Mountains, French Alps), and skiing down the legendary west couloir.
Today’s modern, ultra-lightweight paragliding wings and harnesses offer high-performance flying with minimal weight and bulk.
